PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Description - Payment on Account
Unit Price - Amount of Payment
Click on Update Totals

2. If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your email address and password.
3. Otherwise, select the credit card option on the left and enter the information requested.
4. The next screen reviews your payment.
5. At this time you must enter the account number and patient name as requested, so the payment can be accurately posted.
6. If all information is correct, click on Pay Now. On the next page you will view a payment confirmation and a payment receipt will be sent to your email address.
