If you have not contacted our office to obtain your ID Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN), please call our billing office at (804) 288-3442 or (800) 319-3304 to sign up for this service.
If you have your ID and PIN, please continue to the Login Page, and click the first 'click here' link on the left side of the screen. New Users sign in with your ID Number and PIN, and click the Submit button. Remember, all entries are case sensitive and all digits of your ID number must be used including leading zeroes.
Next complete the email address and password fields, then click submit again and the Home page for your account is displayed
Continue from this page to the Log In page, enter your ID and password, then click the Log In button to access the Home page. Remember, all entries are case-sensitive. If you forget your password at any time, click the Forgot your password? link on the Log In screen. An email containing the password hint you provided during the initial set up will be sent to you.
To ensure confidentiality and online security, the clinic never has access to your password.
